Artificial Intelligence Ethics Amendment

The Artificial Intelligence Ethics Amendment (인공지능 윤리 개정안, Ingongjineung yulli gaejeongan), or the AI Ethics Amendment for short, is a law enforced by the Head outlawing any and all sapient artificial intelligence within the City. Due to a previous robot uprising many years ago, any AI possessing human-level sapience is either destroyed or ejected immediately out of the city and banished to the Outskirts, as their creators are also similarly disposed of, usually immediately via execution by Claw, or worse. This amendment also prevents any machinery or mechanical body modifications from being too human in appearance.
