The message of the Final Realization of the Floor of History
A Floor Realization is the final level up stage of a Floor. Each Realization is a multi-stage reception centered around one of the two protagonists, Angela and Roland, who experience an emotional outburst and resonate with the Library, taking on the characteristics of the Abnormalities of each respective Floor. It is up to the Floor's Patron and Assistant Librarians to bring the afflicted back to their senses.
During a Realization, the viewpoint character (either Angela or Roland) will be fought while using mechanics, Combat Pages, and E.G.O. appearances embodying those of the Abnormalities that are part of that Floor. Whenever the boss character is defeated, the Realization will advance to the next stage themed around a different Abnormality. This will culminate in one final stage involving a new E.G.O. from an Abnormality that was not previously fought on that Floor (with a few exceptions.) Angela and Roland both have three tracks of increasing intensity that play as their Realizations progress.
Once the Realization is concluded, the Floor will reach its full level, and the E.G.O. Pages and final Abnormality Pages of that Floor will be unlocked for use in other receptions.

Lower Floors[]
The Realizations of the Lower Floors are themed around Angela as she struggles to face her emotions involving her memories of abandonment by Ayin and her thousands of years spent suffering under the repeating script of L Corp's facility during Lobotomy Corporation.
Floor of History[]

The Realization of the Floor of History is the first Floor Realization available in the game, unlocked after defeating Queen Bee.

Floor of Technological Sciences[]

The Realization of the Floor of Technological Sciences is the second Floor Realization available in the game, unlocked after defeating the Funeral of the Dead Butterflies and realizing the Floor of History.

Upon receiving enough Light, she will unleash a Mass Attack on the Librarians. However, she will be Staggered after using it. |

Angela's mind manifested in the form of the Singing Machine, accompanied by several Addicted Employees and the Machine itself. Angela's attacks will strengthen the Employees, who will target the Librarians to put them in the Singing Machine. If they could not put a Librarian into the Machine, one of the Employees will enter it instead. Their Combat Pages will change when the Singing Machine is playing music. |

Angela's mind manifested in the form of the Funeral of the Dead Butterflies, accompanied by several Kaleidoscopes of Butterflies. They will target the Librarian who is closest to death, sealing their Speed Dice in the process, and becoming stronger as the target's HP drops. The Butterflies' attacks will greatly weaken or Stagger their target, and Angela can instantly kill a Staggered target. If her own Speed Dice are all sealed, Angela will be defeated. |

Angela's mind manifested in the form of Der Freischütz. She has a cycle of 7 Combat Pages, using only one of them at a time until she is Staggered and changing to the next Page afterwards. Normal attacks don't decrease her HP, but being Staggered does. After using all 7 Combat Pages, she plays an eighth Page that targets herself. The cycle repeats until she is defeated. |
Floor of Literature[]

The Realization of the Floor of Literature is the third Floor Realization available of the game, unlocked after defeating Laetitia and realizing the Floor of Technological Sciences.

The Realization of the Floor of Art is the fourth Floor Realization available of the game, unlocked after defeating Alriune and realizing the Floor of Literature.

They cannot be stopped, but can be weakened by defeating the Performers. Staggered Librarians will become uncontrollable and attack other Librarians, and must be Staggered again to be brought back to normal. After one loop of the performance, the Realization will automatically advance. |

Angela's mind manifested in the form of the Fragment of the Universe. She can quickly reduce the Librarians' Stagger Resistance, leaving them extremely vulnerable. However, Stagger must be risked to obtain a special Combat Page that will defend against Angela's Mass Attack every three Scenes. |

Angela will try to protect her Friends by healing them; when one dies, she will rain down Mass Attacks on the Librarians. Angela's mind manifested in the form of Porccubus. She will grant immense pleasure to her targets in the form of Positive Emotion Points and a special Combat Page. A reprise of the Realization's first phase. The only difference is that the cycle of Mass Attacks will repeat indefinitely until Angela is defeated. Angela's Resistances and Speed Dice are changed every Scene, and she will also use additional Combat Pages alongside her cycle of performance Mass Attacks. |
Middle Floors[]
The Realizations of the Middle Floors are centered around Roland as he faces his own dark past as a Fixer, the moral callousness of the City, the loss of his wife, and the consequences of his inability to move past his personal tragedy.
Floor of Natural Sciences[]

The Realization of the Floor of Natural Sciences is the fifth Floor Realization available of the game, unlocked after defeating the Servant of Wrath and realizing the Floor of History.

Roland's mind manifested in the form of the Queen of Hatred. He will mark one Librarian at a time and focus all of his attacks on the "Villain". Every four Scenes, he uses a Mass Attack. If he is hit too much by the marked target or loses too many clashes and the screen turns completely pink, he will transform into a stronger form with fully restored HP. |

Roland's mind manifested in the form of the Servant of Wrath, fighting against the Hermit of the Azure Forest and its Staves. Roland must be the one to kill the Hermit, or the battle is lost. Due to uncontrollable fury, Roland's attacks will damage everyone on stage. He will use Mass Attacks when inflicting or taking too much damage from the Hermit. |

Roland's mind manifested in the form of the Knight of Despair, accompanied by three Swords of a Forgotten Knight. Roland does not attack and is invulnerable. He will mark one Sword with Tears. Incapacitating the Sword with Tears will make Roland enter Despair. Afterwards, the Swords will each use a specific special attack. Counter all three attacks to damage and Stagger Roland. |

Roland's mind manifested in the form of the King of Greed. Roland's attacks can instantly destroy the Librarians' Attack and Speed Dice. Every three Scenes, four Brilliant Blisses spawn, and each one gives the Librarian who destroys it a Page to defend against Roland's powerful Mass Attack the next Scene. If all Librarians counter the attack, Roland is Staggered. At 50% HP, Roland transforms to become more powerful, making use of Bleed to weaken the Librarians. His special Combat Page can now instantly kill a Librarian, and he will use it twice against a single target. Again, countering the special attacks will Stagger Roland. |

Roland's mind manifested in the form of the Jester of Nihil, with the four Magical Girls "petrified" around him. Destroying the petrified Magical Girls will replace the Librarians with the Magical Girls. As the Jester, Roland behaves cyclically, shifting between five different modes. The corresponding Magical Girl must be used to counter the Jester's mode (for example, the Magical Girl of Love counters the Jester's Hate phase.) The other Magical Girls can help boost each other. The Jester loses HP each time he changes modes. |
Floor of Language[]

The Realization of the Floor of Language is the sixth Floor Realization available in the game, unlocked after defeating Nosferatu and realizing the Floor of Natural Sciences.

Roland's mind manifested in the form of Little Red Riding Hooded Mercenary, fighting against the Wolf who Lost Everything. The Realization advances if Roland kills the Wolf; if a Librarian kills the Wolf, Roland gains a massive combat boost and turns against the Librarians. The Librarians must help redirect some of the Wolf's attacks, as well as take some damage from Roland, to support his fight. |

Roland's mind manifested in the form of Big and Will be Bad Wolf. His attacks inflict Scars on the Librarians. Roland as the Wolf will immediately "swallow" an Assistant Librarian. The Assistant can be rescued by Staggering Roland in one Scene; all his Stagger Resistances will change to "Fatal". Otherwise, the Assistant will be killed, and he will repeat this every two Scenes. If Roland digests two Librarians, he transforms into the Big and Will be Bad Wolf. After taking enough damage, he will temporarily only be targetable by his own targets. |

Roland's mind manifested in the form of the Mountain of Smiling Bodies. Roland has three stages starting from Stage 3, "dividing" into the previous stage after being reduced to 0 HP. On losing certain amounts of health in each stage, a "Melting Corpses" will spawn. If Roland kills the Melting Corpses, he will recover a large amount of health. If Roland fully recovers his HP, he will recover back to the previous stage. At Stage 1, killing Roland "divides" him into three Melted Corpses. All three must be killed quickly to prevent Roland from reforming. |

Roland's mind manifested in the form of Nosferatu, accompanied by four Sanguine Bats; he can revive one bat if there are none left. Roland attacks based on the amount of Blood he has, and is stronger with less Blood. However, having enough Blood allows him to use a Mass Attack that can cause Librarians at low HP to become uncontrollable. At 50% HP, Roland transforms to become more powerful. |

Roland's mind manifested in the form of Nothing There. Roland has three forms. In the first form, Roland has an attack that can instantly kill a Librarian and allows him to use their Combat Pages. He adds the Combat Page "Terror" to the Librarians he hits, and they must get rid of their Terror to not freeze up. In the second form, Roland does not attack and changes to the third form after two Scenes. However, any attacks that overcome his Counter Dice will inflict damage that carries over to the third form. In the third form, Roland regenerates HP if he is not damaged enough in a Scene, and his attacks build up Imitation which he can use to massively boost his damage. |
Floor of Social Sciences[]

The Realization of the Floor of Social Sciences is the seventh Floor Realization available in the game, unlocked after defeating Ozma and realizing the Floor of Language.

Roland's mind manifested in the form of the Scarecrow Searching for Wisdom, accompanied by three Scarecrows. Every Scene, one of the Scarecrows uses an attack that can steal Combat Pages from and instantly Stagger the Librarians. However, winning against attacks by the other Scarecrows may grant copies of the Combat Page "Wisdom" to the Librarians. Using Wisdom against the Scarecrows' special attack greatly weakens them. However, Roland targets Librarians with Wisdom and can remove their copies of Wisdom, leaving them vulnerable to the Scarecrows. |

Roland's mind manifested in the form of the Warm-hearted Woodsman, accompanied by four Trees. All Librarians regain max Light every Scene, but Roland gains a Power buff based on his targets' Light. Roland regains Light based on the amount of Warm Hearts he has; if he has none for two Scenes, he is Staggered. Roland may regain Warm Hearts by collecting Pieces of Mind by attacking Librarians and Trees. Losing a clash against a Tree inflicts the Heart Fragments status, which can buff Roland. |

Roland will attempt to mark two Librarians with . He will then use an attack targeting those Librarians as well as the Home; Scaredy Cat also targets those Librarians. All targeted Librarians must overcome the attack to cancel the attack on the Home; otherwise the battle is lost. After doing this twice, Roland plays a Mass Attack; if all targeted Librarians overcome this attack, Roland is Staggered. |

Roland's mind manifested in the form of Ozma, accompanied by four initially inactive Jacks, in a four-Scene cycle. Roland will use a Mass Attack to wake up the Jacks as well as another attack to inflict Oblivion on a random Librarian. That Librarian will lose all their Combat Pages, which are given to a random Jack. The Librarian has three Scenes to figure out which Jack has stolen their Combat Pages and then hit that Jack nine times; otherwise, they are turned into a pumpkin and the Jack gains all of their stats and pages. If the Librarian recovers, Roland plays a Mass Attack and has "Fatal" damage resistances for a Scene. Otherwise, for every two cycles of Oblivion, Roland also plays a Mass Attack and has "Fatal" Stagger resistances for a Scene. |

Roland's mind manifested in the form of the Adult who Tells Lies, fought in a six-phase battle. All dead Librarians are revived with full health and gain a set of five single-use Instant Pages themed after the Realization's Abnormalities. Playing the Instant Page gives the corresponding Librarian a special status themed after the Abnormality it is based on; these are necessary for the battle against Roland and should be used immediately.

Upper Floors[]
In the Upper Floors, each of the Realizations are themed after a different character. The Floor of Philosophy's Realization is centered on Roland's despair at his own role in the City's cycle of violence, while the Floor of Religion's Realization is centered on Angela as she confronts her fear of isolation and the bitter truth of her search for freedom. Finally, the Floor of General Works' Realization is centered on Angela, coming at odds with "herself" as she resolves to move forwards from her traumatic past.
To access the last Realizations, the last chapter, Impuritas Civitatis, must be reached, and the Floor of General Works must be brought up to Level 5.
Floor of Philosophy[]

The Realization of the Floor of Philosophy is the eighth Floor Realization available in the game, unlocked after defeating Judgement Bird, obtaining the books of Xiao and The Purple Tear, and realizing the Floor of Social Sciences.

Roland's mind manifested in the form of Big Bird, accompanied by four Eyeball Chicks. The Chicks' attacks can force the Librarians to target them. Roland can inflict Enchanted on the Librarians, and he has an attack which can instantly kill an Enchanted Librarian. Killing an Eyeball Chick debuffs Roland, and killing all the Chicks will leave Roland vulnerable to be Staggered. |

The Keepers stagger their moves between offense and defense, with two Keepers in either phase every Scene. Roland only uses a weak Combat Page unless he is attacked, retaliating with a stronger Combat Page. The Keepers recover after three Scenes if killed; if Roland is made to retaliate when all Keepers are "killed", he will be easily Staggered and defeated. |

Roland starts with ten stacks of Mark of Sin, and he passes them to targets he successfully hits, though they can also return them the same way. Roland is stronger against targets with more Marks of Sin, and he has attacks which can instantly kill their holders. However, each time he uses these attacks, his maximum Stagger Resistance decreases. |

Roland's mind manifested in the form of Apocalypse Bird. Roland has seven Speed Dice, is initially invulnerable, and his attacks can inflict Heavy Guilt, which makes the Librarians easier to Stagger and only depletes after enough stacks are built up, injuring the Librarian on doing so. Roland has three Eggs based on the previous Abnormalities which give him different Combat Pages, resistances, and advantages. If Staggered with any one of the Eggs, Roland's maximum HP goes down and he can no longer use that Egg. After disposing of all three Eggs, Roland will only have 25% of his maximum health left. However, Roland gains a buff for each Egg removed from play. |
Floor of Religion[]

The Realization of the Floor of Religion is the ninth Floor Realization available in the game, unlocked after defeating Blue Star, obtaining the Book of 얀샋ㄷ요무 and the Complete Book of Nikolai, and realizing the Floor of Art.
Floor of General Works[]
Main article: Floor Realization (General Works) The Realization of the Floor of General Works is the final Floor Realization available for the game. It automatically becomes available after clearing all previous Floor Realizations, defeating The Black Silence, and then choosing to forgive Roland and Angela respectively. It is a battle of 5 phases, but unlike other Floor Realization, it is split into separate "receptions", allowing for full health recovery between battles (while resetting all Emotion earned back to Level 0), but not changing Passives, decks, or Key Pages between stages.
Instead of controlling Roland as the Patron Librarian of his Floor, you control Angela instead, using a deck made from Abnormality-themed Combat Pages. She also has access to all unique E.G.O. Pages in all Floor Realizations, including two special E.G.O. Pages that only become available after a specific condition is fulfilled.
If Angela dies, the current reception of the Realization will be reset.

- All E.G.O. Suits possess the respective tie with a colored button of the according Floor, with a few exceptions:
- Sound of a Star (The E.G.O. Suit for Blue Star) and the Floor of General Works' E.G.O. Suits (Wrist Cutter, Aspiration, Marionette, Frost Splinter, Remorse) do not possess the colored button.
- The Passive Ability, Corrosion, may refer to the concept of E.G.O. Corrosion (EGO 침식) introduced in the Lobotomy Corporation official comic, WonderLab.
- E.G.O. Corrosion being when an individual forcibly wears E.G.O. Equipment above their level and thus begin to assimilate with it, serving as an in-universe explanation as to why E.G.O. cannot be equiped by Agents below their Level Requirements.
- The Floor of General Works Realization is the only floor that does not state its access requirements (only displaying "???").
