The Floor of Art, also known as Netzach's Floor, is the fifth unlockable Floor of the game, located on the fourth story of the library. It is unlocked upon reaching  Urban Legend. Its Patron Librarian is Netzach, and its main color is green.

This Floor is designated for collecting books related to the arts. It is also one of the floors connected to the Floor of History, along with the Floor of Technological Sciences and Floor of Literature.

The Battle Stage resembles a green bridge-like platform that seems to be made of large roots. In the background, 6 structures similar to pillars being used as bookshelves, with one of them connecting to the Floor of History. From time to time a creature, similar to the one on the painting that is seen during Netzach's episodes, will appear behind some of those 6 structures and slowly slide from right to left until it is off-screen and disappear without interfering with the gameplay.

Lv Ⅰ   1 Tentacles	[Single Ally] On a successful Pierce attack, reduce the max Stagger Resist of the target by 5%. Lv Ⅱ   1 Incomprehensible	[Single Ally] On a one-sided attack, inflict 1 Feeble and Disarm next Scene at a 50% chance. The likelihood increases by 10% for each successful attack. (Three times per engagement, Excludes Mass Attacks) Eventually, he succeeded in entering the domain of the ‘Fragment of the Universe’. Child of the Galaxy
Lv Ⅱ   -2 Teardrop	[Single Ally] Dice Power +1. On death, all characters take 50% of this character’s Max HP as damage. (Max. 60) I hear his whispers and breath. Pitch black darkness follows… just like the night I met him…	Walk across the Milky Way with me. You’ll become a pebble, and join me. Let’s go back, just like that night. I’m so glad to meet you. If you find me crying again, then wipe my tears for me.
Lv Ⅱ   2 A Token of Friendship	[All Allies] For 3 Scenes, all allies recover 10% of Max HP at the start of the Scene. (Max. 12) The pebble dropped into your hand sparkles, sways, tickles, and eventually becomes the universe.	Don’t lose it, and don’t give it to anyone else. It’s my gift to celebrate our friendship. Please treasure it. As long as you’re holding it, I’ll be right next to you. You have to stay by my side forever, promise? Don’t forget this. If my friend gets hurt… That would be sad.
Lv Ⅰ   -1 Pebble	[Single Ally] At the start of each Scene, three random pages in hand gain the ‘Pebble’ status. (Excludes [On Play] pages) Recover 3-7 HP upon using pages with the Pebble. Lose 1-3 HP upon using pages without the Pebble. “Do you like it? More than you like me? Isn’t it obvious? I know everything. Whatever you do, wherever you go.”	Why did you visit that friend instead… Do you like them more than you like me? I treasure you, but you won’t treasure me… Whatever you do, wherever you go… I’m always watching everything. If you won’t keep me company, then I don’t need you. Goodbye, and don’t come back to me again.
Porccubus
Lv Ⅰ   2 Thorns	[Single Ally] On a successful Pierce attack, inflict 1 Thrill to the target. Against targets with 3+ Thrill, deal 2-7 bonus damage and Stagger damage, then remove all stacks of Thrill.(Excludes Mass Attacks) At first, all I had to do was be lightly pricked by one of the thorns. Now I have to rub my whole body against it to get the same high.	Sure, I’ll bend down for you~ Feel free to pet me. It’s scary at first, but the next step won’t be difficult at all. Come under me. I’ll liberate you from all kinds of pain. Just a little taste of the heaven won’t hurt, right? I pity those fools who don’t know this happiness~
Lv Ⅰ   -2 Elation	[Single Ally] Dice Power +1. Reduce Max Stagger Resist by 50%. Now it’s time for my head to burst. Good day.	If you wish for unbearable pleasure, you’ll break down eventually. I’m just giving you laughter, so much that you might die laughing~ You’ll start with one, and keep wanting more. Your head will soon be filled with happiness, almost enough to burst your head. Once you’ve had a taste of this sweetness, you can’t quit.
Lv Ⅰ   0 Laughing Powder	[All Allies] When hit, recover 2-4 Stagger Resist if the character isn’t staggered. When the powder that falls from the thorns becomes known to the world, people may forever sink into the swamp of intoxication.	Your head will soon be filled with happiness. You’ll fall ill if you hold in your laughter. Why don’t you laugh to your heart’s content? Laughter makes you happy~ Blessings will come your way, you know? If everyone laughs together, they must be in a blissful place, right? Come on, let’s laugh together~ Turn your mouth all the way up~
Alriune
Lv Ⅱ   -1 Flower Petals	[Single Ally] Each time the librarian sustains damage greater than 10% of their Max HP, all enemies take 4-8 Stagger damage, and the librarian recovers 5-10 HP. Shedding flower petals in place of tears, you spoke to me. “We were all part of earth once, so I plead you not to speak of the end here and now.”	I have no eyes, but I can see everything. Let us go back to the grave with all that lives and breathes. These flowers bloom without an end, and not one of them would wither. I am cracked… yet beautiful flowers fill that space.
Lv Ⅱ   0 Autumn’s Passing	[Single Ally] When hit, inflict 1 Aroma. (Aroma: At the start of the Scene, take Stagger damage equal to the amount of Aroma and halve the stack.) Bearing the hope to return to dust, it shall go back to the grave with all that desires to live.	My atonement ended with a heavy breath in the cold. I was abandoned in a dark forest; my mind, life, and heart withering away. I was born from earth, so now I yearn to return to it. Please don’t think of this as our last moment.
Lv Ⅲ   1 Spring’s Genesis	[Single Ally] Each Scene, a ‘Petal’ attaches to a random enemy. After the character with the Petal takes 4 hits in a single Scene, all characters take 3-7 Stagger damage, and the librarian becomes untargetable for the next Scene. Unwithering flowers violently blossom.	Will you be the one to grant my wish? With unwithering flowers began my magnificent descent to despair. Spring is a season when sins committed anew are forgiven again. We only stay in this world for a fleeting moment.
The Silent Orchestra
Lv Ⅱ   3 Ever-repeating Performance	[Single Ally] Add an ‘Ever-repeating Performance’ page to the hand: ‘Cost 3 - [Single-use;][On Use] Ends the Scene. At the start of the next Scene, user’s HP and Stagger Resist return to the values they had when acquiring this page, and fully restore Light.’ The page is also included in the deck at the start of subsequent Acts. The performance does not end. And Da capo. And, Da capo al Fine	From break and ruin, I begin the most beautiful performance. A single performer standing in the midst of a silent score. He creates sounds where there is none. Even if my hands were to stop, it would rise from your mind. This blindingly entrancing stage will be prepared again soon.
Lv Ⅲ   -1 Fervent Adoration	[Single Ally] All enemies target random characters including their own allies for 2 Scenes. Enemies deal +2-4 damage with attacks while this effect lasts. The orchestra gives impetus to the music, bringing the entire department to its demise. When all the performers have gathered, the music that no one can hear but everyone can listen to begins.	The music that no one can hear, but everyone can listen to… To the audience who shall walk into their seat upon hearing the choked up performance. Tune permeates music, and music permeates people. Don’t lock yourself in, open your eyes to behold the glorious music.
Lv Ⅲ   0 The Finale	[Single Ally] Whenever the selected librarian Staggers an enemy, all enemies lose 1-6 Light at the start of the next Scene. “The music shall perforate your entire being.”	The music shall perforate your entire being. If you can stand with your two legs, be willing to send your praise. An endless applause, to inspire the conductor to lift their baton once more. The beautiful melody circles the empty stage.

Trivia

• In the background of the Battle Stage can be seen structures that are similar to one found in the Floor of History that connects both floors, similarly to how the facility in Lobotomy Corporation had the first layer of Departments connected to the Control Team, the Department of Malkuth. This is also according to the Tree of Life and how they are connected.
• The abnormalities of this floor seem to have a shared attribute of their actions or backstory having something to do with compassion and desire to help and befriend humans, yet turning out to be violent in nature. Fragment of the Universe wanted to share its knowledge with human race, Child of the Galaxy wanted to make friends, Porccubus is not actually hostile to anybody, Alriune was trying to become human and was adored by many, and The Silent Orchestra is merely an "artist" abnormality who is trying to get others to listen to its majestic music. Aside from that, all of them mostly hurt people in mental ways.
• There is a large unidentified creature that will occasionally move across the battle background. This creature also appears as a painting (wearing a top hat) in the story background.
