The suppression of Judgement Bird is the third Abnormality battle on the Floor of Philosophy. It can be unlocked in Star of the City by obtaining the , Book of Nikolai, and the Book of Myo. Completing it raises the floor's Realization Level to IV and unlocks a fifth librarian on its Floor, as well as new Abnormality Pages (see below).
All characters excluding Judgement Bird gain 1 SinSin X If the amount of Sin exceeds a certain threshold at the start of the Scene, Judgement Bird will use a special Combat Page. Sin can be transferred to allies by attacking and damaging them. (Once per page) at the start of the Scene, which can be passed onto other characters (including allies) by damaging them with attacks. If any character has 5 or more SinSin X If the amount of Sin exceeds a certain threshold at the start of the Scene, Judgement Bird will use a special Combat Page. Sin can be transferred to allies by attacking and damaging them. (Once per page), Judgement Bird will attempt to instantly kill them with Judgement Judgement ( 0) On Use If target has 5+ Sin, kill them instantly 4~6On Hit All other characters take damage equal to 20% of their Max HP. If three or more characters (allies and enemies) have 3+ stacks of SinSin X If the amount of Sin exceeds a certain threshold at the start of the Scene, Judgement Bird will use a special Combat Page. Sin can be transferred to allies by attacking and damaging them. (Once per page), Judgement Bird will instantly kill them all with Ceaseless Judgement Ceaseless Judgement ( 0) Mass-SummationMass Attack Targets every enemy. A successful hit destroys the target's Combat Page or action dice. Summation If the attack is > than the sum of dice rolls on the target's Combat Page, they take damage, and their page is destroyed. On Use Targets with 3+ Sin are killed instantly 15~15 This die deals damage equal to (Dice value x 2)% of target’s Max HP (Ignores resistances). Using either of these cards makes Judgment Bird lose 25% of Max. Stagger Resist.
Stack all SinSin X If the amount of Sin exceeds a certain threshold at the start of the Scene, Judgement Bird will use a special Combat Page. Sin can be transferred to allies by attacking and damaging them. (Once per page) into an ally and redirect Judgement Judgement ( 0) On Use If target has 5+ Sin, kill them instantly 4~6On Hit All other characters take damage equal to 20% of their Max HP to protect them.
Binah is a good candidate for this since she resists slash damage and FairyFairy X Take X damage every time a die rolls. At the end of the Scene, take X damage and halve the stack. (Rounds down) would damage allies too much, but any Key Page with a resisted attribute will do.
An Udjat’s Page ×1 ×1 ×0.5 ×1 ×1 ×0.5 Speed Speed Dice Slot +1 (Cannot Overlap) Mirage At the end of the Scene, recover half of the Stagger damage taken during the Scene. (Minimum of 1; does not activate while Staggered) Hawk's Eye At the end of the Scene, give 2 Protection to the ally that suffered the most damage. Haboob Once per Scene, after suffering a one-sided attack, gain 1 Protection and Stagger Protection next Scene. is another good candidate, since they resist blunt and passively stack protection with Hawk's EyeAt the end of the Scene, give 2 Protection to the ally that suffered the most damage..
Cards with counter dice help defend against Runaway Bird attacks.
Judgement Judgement ( 0) On Use If target has 5+ Sin, kill them instantly 4~6On Hit All other characters take damage equal to 20% of their Max HP is bugged and only does its instant kill effect on hit, not on use, so trying to have all enemies and allies killed through Ceaseless Judgement Ceaseless Judgement ( 0) Mass-SummationMass Attack Targets every enemy. A successful hit destroys the target's Combat Page or action dice. Summation If the attack is > than the sum of dice rolls on the target's Combat Page, they take damage, and their page is destroyed. On Use Targets with 3+ Sin are killed instantly 15~15 This die deals damage equal to (Dice value x 2)% of target’s Max HP (Ignores resistances) except one is viable, as you can just win the clash against Judgement Judgement ( 0) On Use If target has 5+ Sin, kill them instantly 4~6On Hit All other characters take damage equal to 20% of their Max HP until Judgement Bird is staggered. Binah is especially good for this as her pages allow her to consistently win the clash while recovering light.
"Overflowing Misdeeds" erroneously states that Judgement Bird loses 25% of its Stagger Resist after using its special Combat Pages. The actual amount of Stagger lost is only 20%. This mistake is not present in the original Korean text.

Combat Dialogue[]
Abnormalities (floating text)[]
Screen
Judgement Bird Normal:
"Beasts will ransack this forest… I can’t let anyone be eaten by them…"
"I’ll protect this forest with the creatures living with us…"
"The forest will return to peace… We should make it happen…"
When using JUDGEMENT!:
"My scales always show clear verdict; I can make sound judgement with it…"
"Let me weigh your sins…"
Runaway Birds
"The Big Bird is always watching the creatures of the forest, there’s no freedom."
"How curious. To face a being lying dormant within a book in such a way…"
On Kill
"You have done well. Let us return and take a break."
Assistants: Combat Entrance
"It is supposedly weakened… But we shouldn’t let our guard down nonetheless."
"Its scale was always tilted to one side, I wasn’t sure if its judgement could be trusted…"
"The sound of its scale tilting used to give me the chills."
On Kill
"What does it mean to be fair, really?"
"Like the other birds we met, its motives might have been innocent."
"Justice… What is justice, I wonder."
Abnormality Pages[]
By completing the suppression of Judgement Bird, the player acquires the following Abnormality Pages.
Abnormality Pages
Lv Ⅰ 0 The Weight of Sin
[Single Ally] Whenever a die this librarian plays rolls the minimum value, take 2-7 damage and gain 1-2 Strength and Endurance next Scene.
Its scale would never neglect the weight of even the smallest sin.
Time to weigh your sins.
I won’t neglect the weight of any sin.
The weight of your sins will determine the weight of your punishment.
Lv Ⅱ 1 Tilted Scale
[Single Ally] After attacking the enemy with the most HP, recover the HP of the ally with the least HP by 2-8. (3 times per Scene, Excludes Mass Attacks)
All that remains is the unjust scale. The long bird continues on, doling out judgement.
This scale always yields a clear verdict; I can make sound, precise judgement with it.
My subjective views might affect fair judgement.
What if the scale doesn’t tip in either direction someday…? I can’t let that happen.
My scale won’t cease its duty until the day all evil beings disappear.
Lv Ⅱ -2 Judgement
[Single Ally] At the start of the Scene, all characters gain 1 Sin at a 50% chance. If a character has 5+ Sin, they take damage equal to 10% of their Max. HP at the start of the Scene, and all Sin is removed from them. Sin can be transferred to another character by attacking and damaging them. (Once per page)
Then somebody said, “But what if the scale doesn’t tip in either direction someday?” Worried, Long Bird made a scale that always tipped to one side. That way every judgement would yield a clear verdict.
When I lift this scale, I wish for immortality upon the guilty.
I will pass fair judgement upon all, marking out the misdeeds…
To protect the forest, I’ll lift the scale. Eternal judgement shall be delivered to them.
To judge all the beasts that live in this forest…
